g1red.jpgThe Panasonic G1 is a different type of camera. It looks like a digital SLR, but it is smaller. It has a new Micro Four Thirds system of swappable lenses. It takes great pictures, but it is not for everyone.

I loved the Panasonic G1, but it is not for everyone. It is technically not an SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera because it has no mirror box. Instead it has an excellent electronic viewfinder where you can see the camera settings right through the viewfinder. It is smaller than the typical SLR, but still has changeable lenses. There is a lot to know about this camera, including excellent results.  I give you more on my blog.
