 If you are looking for a special Mother’s Day present, try the new OTT-LITE Multi-Task 2-in-1 lamp. As you may know I am a big fan of good design as well as a proponent of high-tech functionality. This lamp has both.
First it has the OTT-LITE patent-pending technology that brings light that mimics natural sunlight to any corner of your home. As you probably know, natural sunlight is the best light for our eyes. Working in natural sunlight allows your eyes to focus properly and sunlight has little glare. Second, this light is very well designed. Its hard white case is attractive. The lighted arm folds completely against the lamp itself, making it portable while protecting the lighting tube at the same time. Its small footprint will leave you plenty of desk space, and the adjustable lighting arm lets you put the light exactly where you need it. The lamp is a model of simplicity, which keeps it very sleek. There is not even an on/off switch. You simply raise the lighting arm and the light comes on. Oh, and don’t let me forget the reason why it is a perfect Mother’s Day present. This lamp comes with two light tubes, one for growing plants indoors and one for reading. When you use this lamp you choose between the two different types of lighting, but the bulbs are very easy to remove and replace. In fact, the plastic shade which makes up the top of the lamp when it is open simply slides off allowing you to easily change the type of lighting you prefer.
