Executive Attache Flash Drive

by Sandy Berger

This useful device is a fully functioning writing tool which opens to reveal a USB hard drive. Why carry two pieces of equipment when one will serve two different needs? I use my “pen” daily for scribbling notes and writing memos. I also use it to backup files and carry data between home and work. The sharp-looking pen completely conceals the USB drive in a sturdy pen-shaped casing. The device works flawlessly. My only complaint is that when the top hard drive part is in the computer, the lower pen part keeps rolling off my desk.

As with other USB hard drive devices, the Executive Attaché appears as a new drive in “My Computer”. You can then easily drag and drop or copy files to and from the drive. The pen is USB2 compliant for fast transfers, but will also work with USB 1.1 ports. The pen comes with a USB extension cable and one pen refill. It comes in 128 MB, 256 MB, and 512 MB data sizes. It is Mac compatible, as well.

A great gift for any gadget guru or computer user on your gift list.
