Have you ever closed a web page only to realize one minute later that you didn't mean to do that? Well, the new web browsers make it easy to reopen the page. Here's how.
By using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+T, Internet Explorer 8 will open the last tab that was closed. When you press the same keys again, the tab that was closed before that will open. This is a quick way to reopen each of the tabs that you recently closed. You can use this method to restore up to the last 10 tabs that have been closed during your current browsing session.
This keyboard shortcut also works with the latest versions of Firefox, Opera, and Chrome. Unfortunately this shortcut does not work with previous versions of Internet Explorer.
Each of the current popular browsers also has another way to access recently closed tabs. In Internet Explorer 8 and Chrome, you simply open a new tab and you will see a list of recently closed tabs that can be reopened by clicking on them. In Firefox, you can click on History and then chose "Recently Closed Tabs" to get a list of tabs that you can reopen. In Opera there is a backward arrow with an x in it at the far right side of the tab bar which when clicked on will list the recently closed tabs for you to choose from.
