Did you know you can use Google to do the math for you? Just go to Google, and then instead of typing in words, you type in the numbers. All you need to know is that you use an asterisk * for multiplication and the slash / for division.
So if you want to know how much 345 plus 456 is you just type 345+456. (5 * 9) + (sqrt(10)^3)
Google will also do conversions for you.
If you want to know how much 160 kilometers is in miles, just type in: 160 km in miles
Likewise to find out how many cups are in 2 liters, you would type: 2 liters in cups
Google will even do currency equivalents. To find out how many dollars something that costs 150 Euros will cost, you type:
150 Euros in USD
Often, Google is pretty smart. In the above example you could also type:
150 Euros in US dollars
Once you start using Google to do the math, you find that you use it quite often.
NOTE: Many other search engines like Yahoo, Ask, and Microsoft Live will do the same thing.
