HiHo..........
I am using Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP for my emails.  I would like to insert a small picture of a "queen's crown" at the end of my email to my daughter.  I have saved this picture in WORD and also in my Outlook Express 6 in its own folder.  Still, I cannot figure out I can easily insert this graphic into my outgoing email to my daughter from time to time.  Any ideas?  Thank you so very much!

Here is a link which explains how to easily insert a picture (.jpg file) into an outlook express email.... http://email.about.com/od/outlookexpressrichedit/qt/Insert_an_Image_Inline_with_Windows_Live_Mail_Outlook_Expr.htm

Has a link to click which will even give you a visual aid in how to do it.... pretty cool, huh?. Can click on this link which is a 5 page step by step picture of each of the steps http://email.about.com/od/outlookexpresstips/ss/wt021703.htm.... Has the steps for other email programs as well, such as Windows Live Mail for folks who have moved up from Windows XP to either Vista or Win7 .....

You could also create a signature which has the picture in it, and have that in all of your emails.... but it sounds like it is just something you want to do now and then to have a "different" email sent to your daughter....

There is always the old stand by of attaching the picture file to the email, but using the "insert picture" feature of OE6 is nice because the little picture is inside the email and doesn't require that extra step of opening up an attachment....

There are quite a few different ways of inserting a picture or graphic file "inside / inline" an Outlook Express 6 email which can be found with a Google search about "inserting graphic picture in an Outlook Express email", just a matter of inserting similar terminology into the search box...... using Google, Bing, Yahoo Search or any favorite search engine..... seeing sev eral different ways of doing it likely can give you one that you find suits your 'comfort zone' just right.... Wink ...... That is a great thing about computers, that we are able to do the same thing many different ways and usually find one way that just seems to be designed just for our way of using the computer......
