is magicjack just another ripoff

Sandy: You posted a very convincing article Feb. 28,2009  The magicjack really works.

As a result I purchased the 5 year plan ,now after using for one year they have cut it off and nothing I can do to get it back.
When I click their help no help there they just start trying to sell .
This is what I get by following their instructions.

had a few minor problems .
I attempted to use July 14,2010 but it doesnot work.

No phone number shown at top.

Nothing i do will work.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with magicJack. Obviously you need to reach them to get the service turned back on. They have a LiveChat on their website. Please try that and let us know what kind of response you get.

Finally have M J working again. It required over two hours and three different people. Their excuse was that someone set up my original account as one year. I was lucky that I had saved my old Visa statement showing that I had paid for the five year plan.
Also lucky that my daughter happen to  come home for a visit and did all the work for me don't think I would have ever been able to do it myself.
