Hi out there hope someone can shed a light on what would appear to me another conflict between PC and Mac programs.
I received an email with a number of images inserted  within the text. I highlighted the email chose copy and opened Word 2008(Mac version) and pasted it. I then chose "save as web page" choosing destination location as index.htm.

Only text appears with no images.

I did this identical exercise using a PC and Word 2007 and the web page turned out perfectly with images. Is there a setting somewhere that has to be changed

Did you do Paste or Paste Special from the drop down menu under file??? Not a Mac user, but believe you need to do paste special to get everything from the clipboard in addition to the text.....

I did try both paste and paste special and no difference.Still unable to get images while trying to save as web page.
I conclude that again it is another difference between Apple and Mac programs.
Thanks for your help
