My computer was clean installed with XP home.  Now I have 'jagged fonts' - they look fuzzy!  It doesn't appear on the printer - only on the monitor!  How do I fix this?  Thank you!

You likely are not using "Clear Type Fonts" as yet.... Micro$oft gives us a little program we can use to adjust or tune the Clear Type Fonts to our own liking..... http://www.microsoft.com/typography/cleartype/tuner/step1.aspx..... That link will take you to the Clear Type page where you put a check mark in the little box to turn on Clear Type... then by clicking the Next button, away you go adjusting the type appearance so that it is the clearest and most enjoyable to you and your eyes.......

Especially on a laptop, using and setting "Clear Type" is really quite a necessity for your enjoyment........ Have fun and enjoy the new appearance of the fonts on your desktop display........ BT

Grin Thank you!!!  I knew there was any easy answer - a technician offered to make a house call!!  I've been struggling for over a week - I even googled it!!

I use a PC - I went on properties/appearances/clear type - that fixed it.  Now I need to know if I should click on fade effect or scroll effect?

Thank you again!!
