Nintendo recently sent me a Wii Fit. It's a board that you stand on that interacts with the Nintendo Wii game that is attached to your television. It's an interesting new way to get fit. It's been a wild success in Japan. I am in the process of trying it out. My first adventure on the board is posted in my blog . Check it out and come back later to check on my progress.

Also, if any of you have comments, feel free to post them here and/or on the blog.
