To Bigtoe and all on this message board

I have been getting the message that
my virtual memory is low...My computer has slowed down to a crawl.

What can I safely remove or do to correct this problem..I know that I probably have things on my computer that I don't need..as a example..when I get new updates for certain programs..do I delete the previous ones?

Any help will be appreciated..

Thank You................Dansy
