In Sandy's column of 2-1-08, she mentioned "Bots","Botnet", and "Zombies", and pointed out that these things can be run on a computer without the owner being aware. How can I check my computer to see if I have a problem with these things? I have a Dell with Vista and nortons.

If you are using a good two way firewall, and have a good anti-virus program on your computer, you pretty much are well protected.... You can go to any of these sites and do an online scan of your computer, just to double check to be sure that your AV program didn't miss a bad guy .... http://www.google.com/search?q=online+antivirus+scanning&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
