Sandy,

Wasn't quite sure where to post this. February 2009 is when the television broadcasters will cease analog signals and switch to all digital broadcasts. The changes are slowly beginning and the FCC has begun outreach programs. The program and other information are available at http://www.dtv.gov/.  The reason I am posting is because your articles are in our local paper, The Pilot, and your information is spot on. Any chance you could do an article or several about the upcoming changes. I realize this isn't necessarily your area of expertise, but I think you can educate the consumers before they end up purchasing expensive televisions and other equipment.

Thanks,

ZippyZ

Zippy,

That's a great idea. I'll try to do one this month for the folks who might be buying a new TV for Christmas. For those of you who do not live in my area, I'll post the article on the Compu-KISS web site as well.
