Sizing a Window Print E-mail
windows.jpgJust follow these instructions:

1. To change the height, point to the top or bottom window border. When the pointer changes into a vertical, double-headed arrow , click the border, hold the mouse button down then drag the border up or down.

2. To change the width, point to the left or right window border. When the pointer changes into a horizontal, double-headed arrow, click the border, hold the mouse button down and then drag the border to the right or left.

3. To change the height and width at the same time, point to any window corner. When the pointer changes into a diagonal, double-headed arrow, click the border, hod the mouse button down and then drag the border in any direction.

***You cannot resize a window if it is maximized (taking up the full screen), however you can solve that problem easily. In the upper right corner of the window you will see three icons. Click on the middle icon (the square to the left of the red X). The window will then become a little smaller allowing you to resize it.

SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO KNOW: When you change the size of a window and close the program, the default window size for that program will be changed. That means that the next time you open that program it will open in the same size windows that you set it to before you closed it. If you are not happy with that window size, just resize the window and close the program again.
