Just surf over to the Microsoft Web site and download the free Excel Viewer. There are also free Viewers for Word and PowerPoint. These viewers will not let you change the documents, but you will be able to see the entire document.

Although the Word and Excel viewers were not created for Word or Excel 2002 or 2003, they will open most Word and Excel documents. Some advanced features that were introduced in the 2002 or 2003 versions may not be available.
